Aix Yoga Community organizes, in France and abroad, yoga courses and trainings, as well as ecotourism and yoga stays.
We are particularly focused on GPBalance Hormonal Yoga for men and women, a holistic method created by Gustavo Ponce (Chile) and whose objective is to reactivate and rebalance the hormonal system.
This method, which is easily accessible, is known to give convincing results on the energy level, emotional stability, acting on the whole organism, and is an excellent natural and safe alternative to hormone replacement therapies.

If I had to translate GPBALANCE into one word, it would be "health". Despite the fact that I have recently started my first 50 hours of training, I can already perceive the wealth of information it contains, I think that everything I have seen so far leads on the right path to improve our physical, mental and emotional well-being. And I must emphasize that one of the things that has attracted my attention the most and that is still present, is that I am more and more aware of the importance of the breath, its power and its important impact on our body.

I loved this immersion and the discovery of gpbalance, in a very supportive group. I found this approach fascinating and felt the benefits immediately in terms of vitality. I appreciate the value of Gustavo's teaching, which brings us not only to a physiological and health dimension that is completely up-to-date, but also to the foundations of yoga and even to its depths. I feel both fortunate and grateful to have been able to participate.

I have continued to practice, from memory, when possible and when the desire was felt...and I am amazed, with the little practice I have, at the effects felt on my general state of well-being and especially on my dynamism. There are even moments when I almost forgot that I had endometriosis! The disease makes me very tired, but something has changed. I have to be careful because when I do BPG as is, I have trouble sleeping. I am still in the process of taming this new life impulse that I feel inside me. I am still a bit bluffed because even without practicing the effects last in time...
